This website is operated by Yuliia Davydova, a sole proprietor operating under the business name ROLLBODY (“ROLLBODY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.rollbody.com (the “Site”), including all information, content, features, products, services, tutorials, routines, and other materials made available through the Site (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 27 below. The most current version will be available on this page. Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using the Service, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your province, state, country, or other jurisdiction of residence, or that you otherwise have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms. If you permit a minor under your care to access or use the Site, you are responsible for supervising their use of the Site to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not use the Site, Service, or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation. You must not transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or other material designed or intended to interfere with, damage, or compromise the operation or security of the Site or Service. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
ROLLBODY designs products for beauty, personal massage, movement, recovery, self-care, and general wellness. We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their appearance, materials, dimensions, colors, features, specifications, and intended use. However, product appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, materials, production variations, or other factors.
Product packaging, specifications, availability, pricing, features, and descriptions may change from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products where permitted by applicable law. Certain products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
ROLLBODY products are designed for personal massage, beauty, self-care, movement, recovery, and general wellness purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ROLLBODY products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition. Information made available by ROLLBODY through the Site, including product descriptions, instructions, FAQs, tutorials, routines, videos, science and educational content, articles, social media content, and other materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Such information is not medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or other individualized guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Always use ROLLBODY products according to the instructions and safety information provided. Use comfortable, controlled pressure.
Massage should not feel sharp or excessively painful, and excessive pressure should not be applied.
Do not use a ROLLBODY roller directly over open wounds, active skin irritation, inflamed areas, raised scars, areas of acute injury, or other areas where massage has been medically contraindicated.
Avoid excessive pressure directly over bones, joints, bruised areas, swollen areas, or areas that are unusually painful or sensitive.
Stop using the product if you experience unusual or significant pain, irritation, numbness, swelling, bruising, dizziness, or another adverse reaction.
If you have an injury, medical condition, circulatory or lymphatic condition, skin condition, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or are otherwise uncertain whether massage or use of a ROLLBODY product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
If you have recently received Botox, dermal fillers, or another cosmetic or medical procedure, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your treating healthcare professional before using a ROLLBODY product on or near the treated area.
ROLLBODY products should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare where such care is appropriate.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE, WELLNESS INFORMATION & SAFETY

Individual experiences and results from massage and the use of ROLLBODY products may vary. Results may be affected by factors including frequency and technique of use, skin type, age, lifestyle, health, activity level, skincare routine, and other individual characteristics.
Any descriptions of potential benefits, expected results, timeframes, testimonials, reviews, demonstrations, before-and-after content, or other examples appearing on the Site or in ROLLBODY materials are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
ROLLBODY does not guarantee any particular cosmetic, wellness, massage, movement, recovery, or other outcome from use of its products.
From time to time, ROLLBODY may reference scientific publications, professional resources, research, expert commentary, or other educational materials relating to subjects such as massage, mechanical stimulation, circulation, lymphatic flow or techniques, skin physiology, muscle relaxation, movement, and recovery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party research referenced by ROLLBODY was not conducted using ROLLBODY products and does not constitute clinical testing or validation of a particular ROLLBODY product. Such references are provided to explain broader scientific principles that may be relevant to massage, skin, movement, recovery, and self-care.
References to research should not be interpreted as a representation or guarantee that use of a ROLLBODY product will reproduce the findings or results reported in any particular publication or study. We make reasonable efforts to present educational information responsibly; however, scientific knowledge and professional guidance may develop or change over time.
Any references to collaboration with, consultation by, or review from aestheticians, physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, or other professionals do not create a healthcare-provider relationship between those professionals and you and do not constitute individualized professional advice.
SECTION 5 - SCIENTIFIC, PROFESSIONAL & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

By submitting an order through the Site, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After submitting your order, you may receive an email or other electronic communication confirming that we have received it. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorized or processed;
pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse;
an order appears to have been placed for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution;
quantity limitations apply; or
shipping or legal restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address where reasonably necessary. If we cancel all or part of an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method or otherwise as required by law.
SECTION 7 - PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated on the Site or at checkout. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law. The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price presented when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or typographical errors where permitted by law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge the amounts associated with your order. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be calculated or disclosed as appropriate during the purchase process.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees may apply. Any responsibility for these charges will be determined in accordance with the information presented at checkout, our Shipping Policy, and applicable law.
SECTION 7 - PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT
ROLLBODY may from time to time offer promotional codes, discounts, bundles, gifts with purchase, special pricing, or other promotional offers. Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions, quantity limits, or restrictions on combining promotions. Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. If an item purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or discounted set is returned, any refund or credit may be adjusted to reflect the promotional value or applicable bundle pricing, in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 7 - PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other events. For international orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information.
Risk of loss and title to products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented in our Shipping Policy. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to you under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false or misleading information, or use another person's account without authorization. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.
SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its Content are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by ROLLBODY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “Content” includes, without limitation, the ROLLBODY name and branding, trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, text, written materials, tutorials, routines, instructions, educational materials, website layouts, design elements, and other content made available through the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unless expressly authorized by us in writing or permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content.
You may not use the ROLLBODY name, trademarks, logos, product imagery, or other brand assets in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any ROLLBODY intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 13 - USER CONTENT, REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
The Site and our other channels may allow you to submit product reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, feedback, questions, suggestions, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain any ownership rights you may have in your User Content. By voluntarily submitting User Content to ROLLBODY for publication, review, or promotional use, you grant ROLLBODY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, distribute, and share that User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and marketing ROLLBODY and its products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Where User Content contains your name, image, likeness, voice, or other personal information, our use is also subject to applicable privacy, publicity, advertising, and consent requirements.
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it;
the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
our permitted use will not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
where another identifiable person appears in the content, you have obtained any permissions required to submit it; and
the content does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
User Content must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, malicious, misleading, infringing, or harmful material. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, refuse, edit, or remove User Content where permitted by applicable law. If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback concerning ROLLBODY or our products, we may consider and use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
SECTION 14 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Site may contain links to or integrations with websites, applications, payment providers, social media platforms, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or terms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies. The inclusion of a third-party link or service on our Site does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by ROLLBODY. Please review the relevant third party's terms and privacy practices before engaging with their services or completing transactions with them.
SECTION 15 - SHOPIFY & OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. We may also use third-party service providers to support functions such as payment processing, order fulfilment, shipping, analytics, reviews, customer support, email communications, marketing, security, and other business operations. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law and, where relevant, may also be subject to the privacy practices of third-party service providers.

(d) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person;

SECTION 18 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information presented on the Site is accurate and current. However, the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or other matters. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Prices for our products may change from time to time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace products, features, content, or portions of the Service where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every product or feature will remain available indefinitely.
We will not be responsible for temporary interruption or unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party providers, technical problems, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other events, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 20 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access to the Site or Service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that every piece of information available through the Site will always be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for every individual circumstance. Except for warranties expressly provided by ROLLBODY or rights, guarantees, or warranties imposed by applicable law, warranties and conditions are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, right, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
SECTION 21 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROLLBODY and its employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages or losses arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, Service, Content, or products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROLLBODY will not be responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of a product, use contrary to the instructions or warnings provided, application of excessive pressure, use on an area where massage is contraindicated, unauthorized alteration of a product, or other use outside the product's reasonably intended purpose.
You are responsible for following product instructions, warnings, and safety information and for seeking appropriate professional advice where your personal health circumstances make such advice appropriate. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ROLLBODY's liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit liability, statutory warranties, consumer rights, guarantees, or remedies where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. The reference agreement likewise qualifies its warranty and liability exclusions based on what applicable law permits rather than assuming every exclusion is enforceable everywhere.
SECTION 21 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROLLBODY and its employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service;
your material breach of these Terms;
your infringement or violation of another person's rights; or
User Content submitted by you in violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct by ROLLBODY for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or transferred.
SECTION 23 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you access or use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where such action is reasonably necessary to protect ROLLBODY, our customers, third parties, or the integrity and security of the Service.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content licenses, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply where legally appropriate.
SECTION 24 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
SECTION 25 - WAIVER
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
A waiver on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on another occasion.
SECTION 26 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other terms or policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and ROLLBODY concerning your use of the Site and Service and your purchases through the Site.
They supersede prior versions of these Terms relating to the same subject matter, subject to applicable law.
If additional terms expressly apply to a particular product, promotion, feature, or service, those additional terms will also apply. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms will govern to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 27 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Service, or your purchase or use of our products will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections available under the laws applicable to that consumer that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
SECTION 28 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Revised Terms will apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
