I. ABOUT THE ROLLERS

What is the difference between THE LOOK and THE MOVE?

THE LOOK is our smaller, more precise roller designed primarily for the face. Its compact shape makes it easy to follow facial contours and target areas such as the jawline, cheeks, forehead, eye area, and neck.

THE MOVE is larger, with a bigger grip and expanded rolling surface designed for broader areas of the body - from the neck and shoulders to the arms, legs, and feet.

Both feature our signature wavy design; the difference is in their size, grip, and intended use.

Which roller is right for me?

Choose THE LOOK if your focus is facial massage, depuffing, sculpting, refreshing the appearance of your skin, and releasing everyday facial tension.

Choose THE MOVE if your focus is body massage, everyday muscle tension, movement, and recovery.

Want a tool for both? THE DUO gives you a dedicated tool for a complete face-and-body ritual.

What makes ROLLBODY rollers different?

It starts with the shape. Instead of a conventional smooth rolling surface, ROLLBODY rollers feature our signature wavy ridges designed to follow the natural contours of the face and body while creating multiple points of contact as you roll.

The result is a deeper-feeling, more intentional massage with less effort - all in one thoughtfully designed, multifunctional tool.

More contact. Even pressure. Less effort.

Why does the roller have wavy ridges?

The waves are at the heart of ROLLBODY's design. As the roller moves across the skin, the smooth, rounded ridges create multiple points of contact and help distribute pressure across the rolling surface.

This creates a deeper-feeling massage while keeping the movement smooth, controlled, and comfortable.

Why are ROLLBODY rollers shaped differently from traditional rollers?

Every curve has a purpose. ROLLBODY rollers are shaped to work with the natural contours of the face and body rather than simply rolling across a flat surface.

The sculpted form helps maximize surface contact, while the ergonomic shape makes the roller comfortable to hold, control, and move across different areas.

Designed to work with your body, not against it.

What are ROLLBODY rollers made from?

ROLLBODY rollers are made from a high-quality resin selected for its smooth finish, durability, and ability to create our signature sculptural shape.

How were ROLLBODY rollers developed?

The waves are at the heart of ROLLBODY's design. As the roller moves across the skin, the smooth, rounded ridges create multiple points of contact and help distribute pressure across the rolling surface.

This creates a deeper-feeling massage while keeping the movement smooth, controlled, and comfortable.

Can I use THE LOOK on my body?

Yes. While THE LOOK was designed primarily for the face, its smaller size also makes it useful for targeted massage on areas such as the neck, hands, and other smaller areas of the body.

For larger areas such as the shoulders, arms, thighs, calves, and feet, we recommend THE MOVE for its larger grip and expanded rolling surface.

Can I use THE MOVE on my face?

Yes, but THE MOVE is primarily designed for the body. Its larger rolling surface can be used gently across broader areas such as the neck and parts of the face, but THE LOOK offers greater precision around smaller facial contours.

For a dedicated facial massage and sculpting ritual, we recommend THE LOOK.

Meet the tools. Understand the design.

I. ABOUT THE ROLLERS

II. HOW TO ROLL & CARE

Get more from every movement.

How often should I use my ROLLBODY roller?

Consistency is key. THE LOOK can be used daily or at least 3 times per week as part of your skincare routine. THE MOVE can be used daily or whenever your body needs a little extra attention.

The best routine is one you'll enjoy coming back to.

How long should I roll?

You don't need a long routine to make rolling part of your day. Move slowly and intentionally, repeating each movement approximately 8 - 12 times with THE LOOK and 12 - 20 times with THE MOVE, or about 5 - 10 minutes with THE LOOK and 10 - 15 minutes with THE MOVE.

Rather than focusing on the clock, focus on controlled, comfortable movements and how your face or body feels.

How much pressure should I use?

Start gently and gradually increase the pressure to a level that feels comfortable. Let the shape and wavy ridges of the roller do the work - there's no need to press excessively hard.

Rolling should feel comfortable and controlled, never sharp or painful. Use especially light pressure around delicate areas of the face.

Rolling should feel comfortable and controlled, never sharp or painful. Use lighter pressure around delicate areas such as under the eyes, around the eye contour, and across the neck, and avoid rolling directly over the eyelids or throat.

Which direction should I use?

It depends on the area you're working on and the purpose of your ritual. Different techniques may use upward, outward, or directional movements across the face and body.

For the best technique for each area, follow our guided Face and Body Routines, where we show you exactly how and where to roll.

EXPLORE ROUTINES
Can I use my roller with skincare or body products?

Yes. THE LOOK can be paired with your favourite serum, facial oil, moisturizer, or cream to help the roller glide comfortably across the skin.

THE MOVE can be used with a body oil, lotion, or cream for an effortless body massage. Avoid products that cause irritation or make the roller difficult to control.

Can I use my roller on dry skin?

Yes, particularly THE MOVE, as long as the roller moves comfortably across your skin without pulling or causing irritation.

For THE LOOK, we recommend pairing your roller with a skincare product that provides enough slip for smooth, comfortable movement across the face.

Should I use THE MOVE before or after exercise?

Both. THE MOVE is designed to fit around the way you move.

Use it before movement as part of your warm-up ritual, after activity to massage tired or tense-feeling muscles, or anytime your body could use a moment to release and reset.

Before movement. After movement. Whenever you need it.

How do I clean my roller?

Clean your roller regularly, especially after using it with skincare or body products. Wipe away any product residue after use and allow the roller to dry completely before storing.

For the final website version, I would add your manufacturer's exact approved cleaning method here - particularly whether you can use soap, alcohol/disinfectant, running water, or immerse the roller. We shouldn't recommend a cleaning agent until we know it won't affect the resin or internal rolling mechanism.

How should I store my roller?

Store your roller clean and dry in a clean place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

For THE LOOK, our Stand offers a simple way to keep your roller upright, accessible, and ready for your next ritual.

Where can I learn the proper rolling techniques?

We've created guided routines to help you get more from every movement. Explore step-by-step techniques for different areas of the face and body, whether your ritual is focused on sculpting, depuffing, releasing tension, movement, or recovery.

III. RESULTS, BENEFITS & SAFETY

What to expect and what to know before you roll.

What are the benefits of facial rolling?

Regular massage with ROLLBODY can help support circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce the appearance of temporary puffiness, and release everyday facial and muscle tension.

THE LOOK is designed for facial massage to help depuff, sculpt, and leave the skin looking refreshed and radiant.
THE MOVE is designed for body massage to help release tension and complement movement, recovery, and everyday well-being.

When can I expect to see or feel results?

Some effects of massage may be noticeable immediately, while others are best supported through consistent use.

With THE LOOK, your skin may look temporarily less puffy, more refreshed, and more defined after a rolling session. With THE MOVE, you may notice an immediate sense of massage, relaxation, or reduced feelings of everyday muscular tension.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as technique, frequency of use, and individual skin and body characteristics.

Will I notice a difference after one use?

You may. A single session can leave the face looking refreshed and temporarily less puffy, while body massage may leave areas feeling relaxed and less tense.

Some effects of massage are temporary, which is why we recommend making rolling a consistent part of your self-care routine rather than thinking of it as a one-time treatment.

Are results permanent?

You may. A single session can leave the face looking refreshed and temporarily less puffy, while body massage may leave areas feeling relaxed and less tense.

Some effects of massage are temporary, which is why we recommend making rolling a consistent part of your self-care routine rather than thinking of it as a one-time treatment.

How does consistent use affect results?

Like most self-care rituals, consistency matters. Regular rolling allows you to experience the benefits of massage more consistently and makes it easier to incorporate facial and body care into your everyday routine.

For THE LOOK, we recommend daily use or at least three times per week. THE MOVE can be used daily or as needed depending on how your body feels.

Can ROLLBODY help with muscle tension?

Massage can help relax areas of everyday muscular tension and temporarily relieve soreness or discomfort. THE MOVE is designed to make massage easy to incorporate into your movement and recovery routine.

Can I use ROLLBODY after Botox or fillers?

If you've recently had Botox, dermal fillers, or another cosmetic procedure, follow the aftercare instructions provided by the qualified healthcare professional who performed your treatment.

Avoid rolling or massaging the treated area until your provider confirms that it is appropriate to do so. Recommended waiting periods can vary depending on the procedure, treatment area, and individual circumstances.

When should I avoid rolling?

Do not roll directly over open wounds, active skin irritation or infection, inflamed breakouts, significant bruising or swelling, raised scars, or an acute injury.

Stop if rolling causes sharp pain, significant discomfort, or unusual skin irritation. If you have a skin condition, circulatory or lymphatic condition, recent injury or surgery, or another medical concern that could be affected by massage, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Can I use ROLLBODY during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Because every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before beginning or changing a massage routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding - particularly when using THE MOVE on the body.

Your healthcare professional can advise whether massage is appropriate for you and whether there are areas or techniques you should avoid.

What age is ROLLBODY recommended for?

ROLLBODY is designed for adult use.

The benefits someone looks for may naturally differ with age - from depuffing and everyday facial massage to releasing tension and making massage part of a regular beauty and wellness routine.

If you want to market to teenagers too, we should revisit this answer and your product safety/Terms language rather than casually giving a minimum age here.

Can men use ROLLBODY rollers?

Absolutely. ROLLBODY rollers are designed for faces and bodies - not genders.

THE LOOK can be incorporated into any facial and skincare routine, while THE MOVE is designed for anyone looking to bring massage, movement, and recovery into everyday life.

Is ROLLBODY medical advice or treatment?

No. Information provided by ROLLBODY is for general beauty, massage, self-care, movement, recovery, and wellness purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or injury. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Is there science behind massage and rolling?

Yes. Our approach is informed by broader research into massage, mechanical stimulation, circulation, lymphatic techniques, skin physiology, and recovery. You can explore the research and learn more about the principles behind our design on our Science page.

Are ROLLBODY products tested on animals?

ROLLBODY does not test its finished products on animals, nor do we ask others to conduct animal testing on our behalf.
