We currently use or may use the following technologies in connection with the Site.
GOOGLE

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide the Services, including to:
A. E-COMMERCE & TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS
Including Shopify and other providers that host or support our Site and e-commerce operations.

We may provide information such as your name, shipping address, contact information, and order details to carriers, fulfilment providers, customs intermediaries, and other providers necessary to deliver your order.
For international orders, information may also be provided to customs authorities or other governmental agencies where required.

Including Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
F. EMAIL & COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS
We may disclose information to providers that help us send and manage customer and marketing communications.

H. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, legal processes, governmental requests, or to protect our rights or the rights and safety of others.
I. BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
If ROLLBODY is involved in a financing, reorganization, sale, transfer, merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
IX. SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to operate the Site and process transactions.
Shopify may collect and process personal information about you in connection with your use of our store.
Shopify's handling of personal information is also governed by its applicable privacy documentation.
Because Shopify and its service providers operate internationally, personal information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
X. AMAZON & THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES
ROLLBODY products may also be purchased through Amazon and other authorized third-party marketplaces or sales channels. When you browse, place an order, make a payment, or otherwise interact with ROLLBODY through Amazon, Amazon collects and processes certain personal information in accordance with Amazon's own terms, privacy notice, and applicable policies. Personal information received by ROLLBODY from Amazon is processed by ROLLBODY in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any applicable requirements governing our use of information received through the Amazon marketplace.
Amazon's own privacy notice applies to personal information that Amazon independently collects and processes. We encourage customers purchasing through Amazon to review Amazon's privacy notice and applicable terms to understand how Amazon handles their information.
XI. TARGETED & BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We may work with advertising partners to understand how customers interact with ROLLBODY and to measure, personalize, or deliver advertising. Depending on the technologies enabled and your location, information about your interactions with the Site may be disclosed to or collected by advertising platforms through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Some privacy laws may characterize certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing,” “sale,” “targeted advertising,” or similar regulated activity even where no money is exchanged for personal information.
Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing practices. We will provide consent mechanisms or opt-out choices where required by applicable law.
XII. DO NOT TRACK & PRIVACY SIGNALS
Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, our Site may not respond to all such signals.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process those signals as required.
XIII. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING & TRANSFERS
ROLLBODY is based in Canada, but we sell products internationally and use service providers that operate in multiple countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your province, state, or country of residence, including Canada and the United States, and other countries in which our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your home jurisdiction, and information may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, or governmental authorities in accordance with applicable local law.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we and/or our service providers will use appropriate transfer mechanisms. For example, where required for transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards may include applicable standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
XIV. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
provide the Services;
fulfil and maintain records of transactions;
maintain customer accounts;
provide customer support;
comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations;
prevent fraud and protect security;

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, our legal obligations, and applicable limitation periods.
When personal information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
XV. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please use care when transmitting sensitive or confidential information electronically.
If you maintain a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or United Kingdom (“UK”), applicable privacy law may provide you with additional rights concerning your personal data. Depending on the circumstances, these may include rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
Where required, our processing of personal data will rely on an appropriate legal basis, which may include:
performance of a contract, such as fulfilling your order;
compliance with legal obligations;
our legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests; or
your consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.
XIX. U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. Depending on your state and whether the applicable law applies to ROLLBODY, these may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and to opt out of certain uses of personal information for targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.
Where applicable, we will process eligible privacy requests and recognized opt-out preference signals in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section is intended to provide rights beyond those required by applicable law.
XX. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If appropriate and required by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
XXI. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & SERVICES
The Site may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information those third parties collect independently from you.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information.
XXII. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date.
